An evening with Sam and Steve Kirkham of Gusbourne. Sam and Steve will welcome you on arrival with oysters and a glass of English Sparkling wine followed by a four-course tasting menu with wine pairing.
Gusbourne is based in Kent, at Appledore near the Kent/Sussex border. Their vineyard sits on the same band of chalky soil that runs under Champagne, which is part of why their English sparkling wine gets strong comparisons. Many of you will have tried the Brut & Blanc de Blanc in the restaurants and now this is an opportunity to find out more about the winery and try some of their other wines paired with four incredible courses specially created for the event.
